In2020, it bid a historic farewell to absolute poverty that had persisted for millennia. Now, in the final year of consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and advancing the transition to rural revitalization, Dongxiang is heralding another round of remarkable triumphs! In the first three quarters, the growth rates of10 major economic indicators outperformed the average level of Linxia Prefecture, with3 indicators ranking first across the prefecture, marking exceptionally brilliant results.

　　Looking back on the past five years, Dongxiang has focused firmly on its development goals, steadily consolidated the foundation of poverty alleviation, and blazed a progressive path from accumulating strength to exerting momentum. The county’s gross regional product(GRP) has grown steadily from3.958 billion yuan to over5.7 billion yuan, and the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents has risen consistently. Precision monitoring and assistance mechanisms to prevent relapse into poverty have been effectively implemented, and the guarantee of food security has been solid and robust. By firmly holding the two bottom lines, Dongxiang has laid an unshakable foundation for the high-quality development of the county.

　　Over these five years, Dongxiang has identified industrial priorities, turning characteristic industries into strong pillars of rural revitalization and truly driving development with tangible results. The full industrial chain output value of Dongxiang Tribute Sheep has exceeded7.875 billion yuan, with the breeding stock increasing by more than60% compared with2020, unleashing vigorous vitality in the"sheep economy"."Dongxiang Cuisine" has gained nationwide popularity, boasting over5,600 franchised stores across the country and an annual output value of4 billion yuan. The vibrant culinary sector has fostered the confidence to enrich the people and strengthen the county.

　　Meanwhile, the twin sectors of employment and culture& tourism have advanced in tandem and accelerated simultaneously, injecting dual vitality into Dongxiang’s development. Over the past five years, the county has transferred a total of464,000 rural laborers and generated more than11.7 billion yuan in labor service income, enabling hardworking people to secure stable and prosperous lives. Several A-level scenic spots have been successfully established, with total tourism revenue reaching5.552 billion yuan. The unique ethnic customs and stunning natural landscapes complement each other, depicting a new picture of integrated culture and tourism development.

　　这里是全国唯一的东乡族聚居县——东乡县。2020年，它历史性告别了延续千年的绝对贫困；如今到了巩固脱贫衔接乡村振兴的收官之年，东乡再传捷报！前三季度，10项主要经济指标增长速度跑赢临夏州平均水平，其中3项更是拿下临夏州第一，成绩格外亮眼。

　　回首这五年，东乡锚定发展目标，稳稳筑牢脱贫根基，走出了一条从蓄力到发力的进阶之路。地区生产总值从39.58亿元稳步增长到超57亿元，城乡居民人均可支配收入节节攀升。防返贫监测帮扶精准到位，粮食安全保障坚实有力，两条底线牢牢守住，为县域高质量发展打下了坚不可摧的基础。

　　这五年，东乡找准产业抓手，让特色产业成为振兴的硬核支撑，真正实现发展给力。东乡贡羊全产业链产值突破78.75亿元，饲养量比2020年多了六成多，“羊经济”迸发强劲动能；“东乡美食”香飘大江南北，全国门店超5600家，年产值达40亿元，烟火气升腾起富民强县的底气。

　　与此同时，就业与文旅两大板块齐头并进、同步提速，为东乡发展注入双重活力。五年间，当地累计输转劳动力46.4万人，实现劳务收入超117亿元，让勤劳的双手托起稳稳的幸福；多家A级景区成功创建，旅游综合收入达55.52亿元，民族风情与自然风光相映成趣，绘就文旅融合新图景。
