　　At that time, organic peroxides—crucial catalysts dubbed the "sparks of polymerization" for polymer materials—were entirely imported。

　　几代人甘坐冷板凳，化身"分子工匠"雕琢工艺参数。从实验室克级到万吨级量产的跨越，从20余种进口产品替代到48项专利加持，他们让国产化替代率突破80%。

　　Generations of researchers willingly sat on the cold bench, becoming "molecular artisans" who meticulously refined process parameters. From laboratory-scale production to mass manufacturing at the ten-thousand-ton level, from substituting over 20 imported products to securing 48 patents—they propelled domestic substitution rates past 80%。
